After a few million pre-orders initially, Reliance Jio had paused the pre-booking of the JioPhone. However, the recent reports mentioned that the company will resume the pre-booking after the Diwali festive season. The company is now in process of shipping the device to those who pre-ordered it back in August. Now, we came to know about the explosion of the JioPhone feature phone which the company mentioned as ‘India ka Smartphone’ during its launch event.

However, once the news started to spread like wildfire, After few hours this twitter account becomes invalid, seems account has been deleted permanently.
Who Paid WhoKnows?
While there is no official statement from Reliance Jio or LYF, we got some interesting information from the LYF distributor who personally inspected the device. From the above featured image, we can see the back of the device is completely burnt and melted. While the front of the device is still intact, we expect only the display is damaged. We also got the exclusive image of the charger of the exploded JioPhone. From the below image, we can clearly see the melted wire of the charger.
